Dartford Symphony Orchestra Sales Policy
Last Revised: 1 January 2020
This Privacy Policy became effective January 1, 2020

Dartford Symphony Orchestra –  ‘DSO’ – sells tickets for the concerts it promotes. There are three price bands and these relate to the type of ticket and not to any specific seat row or number in the auditorium. These price bands are currently:

Full price £17

Friend of DSO price £12

Group ticket (6 or more seats) £10

Child (under 18 years)

We are not able to guarantee seats bought together will be next to each other. When reservations are made we will advise you of seat rows and numbers if possible but there is no guarantee that seat can be held.

Ticket prices may be increased or decreased at any time without notice before they are sold.

Tickets sold directly by the DSO are not subject to a booking fee but the DSO reserves the right to apply a booking fee in the futures.

Payment for tickets may be made in cash, by personal cheque or by bank transfer. Tickets may be bought in advance once they become available, or on the evening of a concert. We reserve the right to withhold reserved tickets that have not be paid for in full.

No refund will be made for tickets bought but not used unless we are able to resell these. If a concert is cancelled for any reason directly relating to the DSO but not including the closure of the Mick Jagger Centre or closure of access to Shepherds Lane, Dartford, we will make the best arrangements and best endeavours to re-present the concert at a later date.
